Kloxet.com will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 7days of receipt of your order. All returns are subject to a 18% restocking fee based on the total purchase price of the returned items. In addition customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Unless the return is due to an error on our part such as sending you the wrong color, size or item that is not listed on your order or a defective item, then the 18% restocking fee is waived and we will pay the shipping costs on returns.
Kloxet.com reserved the rights to inspect and determine the returned items for the below conditions. If the returned items met any below conditions, we will send them back to you at your own cost. "NO EXCEPTIONS"
· No refund on worn merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS The item must be in new and unused condition.
· No refund on merchandise damaged by customer. NO EXCEPTIONS
· No refund on sales items that are marked as final sales or clearance sales.
· All orders after 7 days of receipt date are considered final sale and not eligible for refund.
· We will not accept your return without a copy of the invoice and the RMA number.
· If the shoebox is taped, marked, damaged , unpackage or wrap paper missing, the return will not be accepted or we will charged an additional $10.00 per shoesbox.
· Due to high shipping cost, all international orders or sales are final. No refund or exchange.
Colors shown on website may vary or may not be an exact color match to actual merchandise due to the type of computer, monitor or browser used by customers. Kloxet.com is not responsible for items ordered that do not meet customer's expectations due to variables listed above.
RETURN PROCEDURE
You have within 4 days after receiving your order to contact us by e-mail to request return. For verification purpose, please specify your name, your address and/or shipping address, and the invoice number in your e-mail. We will e-mail you an RMA number for your return. Please write this RMA number on the invoice and make a copy for your record. Email us at: Returns@kloxet.com to expedite your return.
You have within 10 days after receiving your RMA number via e-mail to send the merchanise with its original shoe box or packaging and all tags still intact back to us. Kloxet.com must receives your returns within total 14 days after you receive your order. Please wrap or package the item in its original shoe box or package with a copy of the invoice and the RMA number written on the invoice. DO NOT WRITE ON, TAPE OR MARK THE SHOE BOX TO RETURN FOOTWEAR. PLEASE PLACE THE SHOES & SHOE BOX IN THE SAME SHIPPING BOX SENT TO YOU OR IN ANOTHER PLAIN CARDBOARD BOX. We will not accept unwrap or unpackage returns.
Kloxet.com is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. We recommend that you send your package with a tracking number in order to confirm delivery and locate it should it become lost in transit.
Once we receive your returns, we will start processing your refund. Please allow 7-15 business days for any monetary refund to appear in your account. Your credit card account will be credited for the total purchase price less all shipping charges and a 18% restocking fee on the total purchase price.
EXCHANGE
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges include sending the item back and re-shipping to you.
Due to rapidly inventory turn over, we are NOT responsible for any exchange items that are out of stock. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail and issue a refund credit to your account for only the purchase price of the item.
Please follow the same RETURN PRODEDURE as above to send the item back to us for an exchange.
